Forever Organized, LLP is dedicated to providing high-quality customers service to ensure our customers have the best experience. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

These Term of Use, together with the Privacy Policy posted on our Website, set forth the general rules and policies governing your use of our Website. Depending on your activities when visiting our Website, you may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions. Please read these Terms and our Privacy Policy carefully before accessing or using this site. By accessing the site, you are agreeing to our terms of use and you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Hours of Operation

Hours of operation are from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Forever Organized is available by e-mail, Monday thru Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. However, Forever Organized website is available to access 24 hours a day. Forever Organized will make reasonable efforts to alert customers, by posting a notification on the website regarding planned or unplanned outages in services.

Account Registration

All customers must register for an account on foreverorganized.co with a valid email address. When creating an account customers must create the account with the correct first and last name and e-mail address, this will be the same information used to complete orders or returns. When creating an account it will allow customers to move through the checkout process with ease, store shipping addresses, view and track orders, etc. Accounts cannot be transferred between individuals. Customers should not share their user information to log into their account with anyone. If you forget your password, you can reset it by going to the account page and reset your password. If you need any other assistance with your account you can contact Forever Organized during regular business hours. Accounts may be deleted or disabled by Forever Organized for any reason at any time without prior notice to the account holder and without refunds.

Technical Assistant

Forever Organized provides technical assistance, resources, tools, and support for customers. If you need additional instructions or assistant navigating the online environment please give us via e-mail Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.

Product Prices and Promotions

Current prices for products and services are shown on Forever Organized website. Forever Organized may change pricing at any time and at Forever Organized sole discretion. The amount of any sale, taxes and shipping and handling shall be added to the price shown on our website (if applicable).

Promotions and/or discounts are offered on our website sometimes and are subject to additional terms, limitations, and restrictions. In order to take advantage of promotions and/or discounts, you agree to comply with any terms, conditions, limitation or rules presented to you as a condition to participate in any promotional offer.

Products or Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through Forever Organized website only. These products or services may have limited quantities. All descriptions of products may change at any time, at the sole discretion of Forever Organized. Forever Organized reserves the right to change or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice.

Payments

Forever Organized, LLP accepts all major credit cards through our secure website using Stripe. Forever Organized reserves the right to cancel any order, limit any purchase, or refuse to fulfill an order, in its sole discretion.

Return Policy

Customers may request a refund up to 30 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, in new condition with the original packaging and contents for a refund. Shipping and processing fees will not be refunded.

All items ending in $.00, .96, .97, .98, and .99 are considered final sales, and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

Forever Organized is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Credit will be issued within 7-10 days of the date that the return is accepted by Forever Organized. All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. In the event that your credit card has expired or is canceled, store credit will be issued.

To receive a refund please e-mail support@foreverorganized.co, Subject Line: Return, in the message box please enlist: Your first and last name, the reason for your return, the purchase date, and order number.

Shipping & Handling

Estimated shipping may take between 2-9 days from the date it is shipped to arrive to customers. FREE shipping on orders over $75 or more within the continental US ONLY. A flat rate of $8.75 will be charged to orders with a sub-total under $75 within the continental US. Orders with a delivery address located in Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with rates starting at $14.95.

Typically orders placed before 3:00 pm est. Monday thru Friday are processed and assigned a tracking number the same day. Any orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed and assigned a tracking number the following day.

All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and assigned a tracking number on the following business day.

We do not currently offer a shipping service to PO Box addresses.

If an order is submitted with a PO Box address it will be cancelled and you will be refunded.

International Shipping

Currently Forever Organized does not provide international shipping. We will provide it in the near future and will be charged based on the weight and dimensions of the product in the cart at checkout.

Lost Packages

Information regarding any shipment can be viewed via the carrier’s tracking link using the tracking number that was provided via e-mail.

Please note that Forever Organized nor the carrier is able to provide additional shipment details or updates beyond what is already provided via the carrier’s tracking link.

Changes to Term of Use

Forever Organized, LLP has the right to change its Terms of Use, at its sole discretion. Forever Organized encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Terms of Use. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Terms of Use will constitute your acceptance of such change.
