Our office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. Please note that orders will NOT be processed during weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 3 pm EST will be processed the following business day.
Customers may request a refund up to 21 days after purchase. The product must be un-used, in new condition with the original packaging and contents for a full refund within 21 days from purchase date. Shipping and processing fees cannot be refunded.
Planner customization will be available sometime in 2022. Thank you for your patience.
Once an order has been placed for processing, it can no longer be cancelled or edited.
Please contact our support team via email at email@example.com and provide us the following information:
- The order number
- The discount code
- And any information that will help us resolve your inquiry.
Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be reviewed and any adjustments to be processed. Once your order has been reviewed we will provide you an update via email.
Transactions must be completed for the offer to be valid. This offer is only eligible during the promotion. This offer cannot be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, coupon, rewards, and/or offers.
Shipping & Handling
Typically orders placed before 3:00 pm est. Monday thru Friday are processed and assigned a tracking number the same day. Any orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed and assigned a tracking number the following day.
All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and assigned a tracking number on the following business day.
FREE shipping on orders over $75 or more within the continental US.
A flat rate of $7.95 will be charged to orders with a sub-total under $75 within the continental US.
Orders with a delivery address located in Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Rates are determined by weight:
- 3 lbs or under = $14.95
- 3.01 – 5 lbs = $18.95
- 5.01 – 10 lbs = $29.95
- 10.01 – 50 lbs. is $39.95
International Delivery Addresses:
Currently Forever Organized does not provide international shipping. We will provide it in the near future and will be charged based on the weight and dimensions of the product in the cart at checkout.
Please note, all shipment costs are non-refundable
Estimated shipping is 2-9 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
We do not currently offer a shipping service to PO Box addresses.
If a order is submitted with a PO Box address it will be cancelled and you will be refunded.
Information regarding any shipment can be viewed via the carrier’s tracking link using the tracking number that was provided via e-mail.
Please note, that Forever Organized nor the carrier is able to provide additional shipment details or updates beyond what is already provided via the carrier’s tracking link.
